Jin studied architecture in undergrad and graduate. She graduated from Carleton University with a Master of Architecture degree. After years of working in architectural design firms, she found her passion in real estate development and construction. She is full of spirit of entrepreneurship and leadership. Waterstone Project Management was founded in 2016 to focus on commercial construction and development projects. Her vision of this organization is to provide professional service to medium and small business owners, especially for Chinese community.
